DEAR SIR and MADAM,

Exhibition organizer «Ural Exhibitions» would like to invite you to participate in the 14th specialized exhibition “METAL-WORKING. Tools 2012”, held under the official support of the Ural region Government, Administration of Yekaterinburg.

The aims of the exhibition are:

To demonstrate and introduce the newest technologies and equipment of mechanical engineering and metal-working industries, that have received wide application in all base economic branches of the industry, power, transport and life;
To exchange with experience and last scientific and technical achievements in the mechanical engineering, instrument making and metal-working between the enterprises of the metal-working complex;
To present the opportunity for the evaluation of advantages of using modern technologies and equipment for successful business making and to contribute to the detection of the development strategy of Russian industry, in time of Russian entry in to the World Trade Organization.
To assist in elaboration of an effective trade, economic and industrial mutual relations between the enterprises of electric power complex, industrial companies, Ural scientific research and project organizations with the attraction of business partners from Russian Federation, CIS and other countries of the world.

Statistics: The «METAL-WORKING» exhibition project is considered to be the most successful event in the Ural region.

More than 120 enterprises from many different regions of Russia and foreign countries participated in the exhibition in 2010. The exposition was visited by more than 4200 people, the representatives of the companies from other Russian cities formed 35% of their total amount. Distinctively high business activity of the exhibition resulted in the number of concluded bargains directly on the exhibition for 10% of exhibitors and in established business contacts for 89% of exhibition visitors.

Region: Yekaterinburg is the third largest city of the Russian Federation and it is the capital of the Ural region. Yekaterinburg and its region are considered to be the second economically important zone in Russia, after Moscow. Due to its geographical position on the border between Europe and Asia and fast developing metallurgy, chemical, food and mining industries, this region has become a big industrial, economic and trade center, appearing very attractive to foreign investments. The top five foreign investors are U.S., UK, Germany, China and Cyprus. Both the Ural region and Yekaterinburg city officials have encouraged foreign investment and created a receptive business climate.

The exhibition program includes: presentations of home and foreign companies, different conferences, masters – classes and competitions. You are welcome to organize your own presentations. Competitions for gold, silver and bronze medals, diplomas of CJSC “Ural Exhibitions”.

Registration of participants: You should fill in the application form for participation and submit it to the address of the Organizer by e-mail or by fax. According to your application the account will be given to you. The payment should be done by in advance by means of money transferring or by cash.

Working days 04-05 December from 10.00 to 18.00
06 December from 10.00 to 16.00
Official exhibition opening 04 December at 12.00
The ceremony of medals and diplomas awarding 06 December at 15.00
Final day of exhibition work, dissembling. 06 December at 16.00
