The exhibition society «Ural Exhibitions – 2000» would like to invite you to participate in the specialized exhibition which will be held on 28 – 30 October, 2008 in Yekaterinburg. The exhibition is carried out under the official support of the Government of the Sverdlovsk region.

Main areas of the exhibition:

Purchase, sale and lease of the real estate.
Sale of flats in new buildings (Yekaterinburg, the Sverdlovsk region, other regions).
Secondary market: purchase, sale and lease, setting in different areas.
Commercial real estate (offices, warehouses, shops, industrial real estate, business center).
Housing societies.
Real estate activities in foreign countries (sale, lease, investing).
Elite real estate.
Country houses, land.
Bank lending of flat building (mortgage, housing allowances).
Insurance of real estate activities.
Legal service on real estate activities.
Travel companies.

In the exhibition a lot of companies will take part, there will be investment, managing, insurance and mortgage companies, trade banks, private pension funds and other financial institutions, which work with individuals and legal parties.

Region: Yekaterinburg is the third largest city of the Russian Federation with the total population of 1.5 million and it is the capital of the Ural region. Yekaterinburg and its region are considered to be the second economically important zone in Russia, after Moscow. Due to its geographical position on the border between Europe and Asia and well-developed industries, this region has become a big industrial, economic and trade center. Due to the huge economic potential of the region the investment in the region is increasing rapidly with major foreign companies establishing their Trade offices. Both the Ural region and Yekaterinburg city officials have encouraged foreign investment and created a receptive business climate.

Exhibition schedule:

Arrival of participants 27 October 10.00 am – 6.00 pm
Working days of the fair 28-30 October 10.00 am – 6.00 pm
The official opening of the exhibition 28 October 12.00 am
The exhibition awards 30 October 5.00 pm
Dismantling of the fair 30 October 6.00 pm

The exhibition program includes: presentations of home and foreign companies, different conferences, masters – classes. You are welcome to organize your own presentations.

Registration of participants: you should fill in the application form for participation and submit it to the address of the Organizer by e-mail or by fax. According to your application an invoice will be provided. Payment is carried out by preliminary bank transfer or cash. The position of a stand on the provided area is guaranteed when paying not less than 50% of the invoice within the time-limit which was specified by the Organizer. The final date for giving information is 2 weeks before the beginning of the exhibition, information about company-participant, which was given after the indicated period, goes to the supplement of the catalogue.

There is a bus route «Hotel – Exhibition Center – Hotel» in use;
The reservation of the rooms in the best hotels is organized.
