4th International Culinary Showroom “EUROASIA”

Exhibition organizer «Ural Exhibitions» would like to invite you to participate in the 4th International Culinary Showroom “EUROASIA”, held under the competent support of the Ministry of Food and Agriculture of the Sverdlovsk region, the Ministry of Trade, Food and services, the Administration of Yekaterinburg and the Government of the Sverdlovsk region. And also interregional culinary association of Yekaterinburg and Russia and International Culinary Associacions, Embassies of different countries in Russian Federation.
Simaltaneously there will be 4 exhibitions: “Agro Expo”, “Foodstuffs and Drinks”, “Ural Pack Expo”, “Shop. Hotel. Restaurant” and “Cleaning”.
Aim of the exhibitions – demonstration and market promotion of modern goods, technologies, materials for agriculture.
Main directions of “Agro Expo”:
- Cattle, poultry and fish breeding;
- Feeding stuffs, concentrated feedstuffs, filling agents;
- Facilities for poultry and cattle feeding and keeping;
- Equipment for food-manufacturing and processing industry;
- Agricultural equipment, machinery and hardware;
- Measuring and weighing equipment;
- Equipment for processing, storage and pre-packing of farm produce;
- Tare and packing;
- Veterinary preparations and vitamins;
- Agricultural chemicals, chemical and biological agents for plant protection.
The main aims of the exhibition are:
- Presentation of wide range quality products;
- Demonstration of technological novelties of especially poultry and livestock industries;
- Market promotion of products and equipment;
- Expansion of relations between the companies of the Ural Region and corporations from countries outside the former Soviet Union and former Soviet republics.
The 4th Annual International Culinary Showroom with its saturated programm attracts a great number of participants and visitors from all over the world.

- Festival of Culinary Art;
- Championships, Individual contests and team competitions, team competitions of confectioners, barmen and sommeliers, art classes and practice classes on carving, and suschi together with Japanese cuisine and a great number of different categories in art classes and master classes for all tastes, desires and professional skills;
- Culinary teams from: Italy, France, Hungary, Spain, India, Bulgaria, China, Japan, Greece, Slovakia and Tadzhikistan;
- Festival “Prokoffiy” and Bar Showroom;
- Saturated show program for visitors;
- Infant food;
- Degustation of wines, food and masterpieces of culinary art;
- International judges, Presidents of Culinary Associations and leading foreign and Russian chief cooks- from Greece (Crete), Moscow, Bulgaria, France, Czech Republic, Holland, Hungary, Izrail, Serbia, Uzbekistan, Kirghizia, Tadzhikistan, China, India, Chelyabinsk, Orenburg, Kharkov, Lipetsk, Surgut and many others;
- Round tables, conferences, master classes demonstrating modern tendencies in cooking and decorating dishes and new consideration of popular world cuisines;
- Festival “Prokoffiy” and Bar Showroom;
- Saturated show program for visitors;
- Vip Visitors: Head of the Government of the Sverdlovsk region, Prome Minister, Ministers, Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy in the Ural Federal District, Consules of foreign countries and others
Exhibitions schedule: seminars, press conferences, demonstration of collection, presentations of domestic-owned and foreign firms; competitions, diplomas.
Criteria of participation in the competition for medals and diplomas: the participant must give a copy of license and certification of conformity for the declared equipment and production. Applications are formed in the first day of the exhibition or beforehand.
Registration of participants: you should fill in the application form for participation and submit it to the address of the Organizer by e-mail or by fax.
